How to Use
Lightly mist the abdominal area or electrode zones with the included spray bottle to improve conductivity and provide stronger, more even EMS stimulation.
Wrap the belt securely around your bare abdomen, select your preferred mode and begin at a low intensity. Gradually increase the level until the muscle contractions feel strong but comfortable.
Adjust the 660nm red light warmth as desired. Do not soak the belt or spray water onto the controller, remote control or charging port.
