Delivery
Please verify the email address and check the recipient’s spam or junk folder. Haloral is not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect email address, spam filters or the recipient’s email provider.
Payments & Balance
Yes. Multiple Gift Cards may be used on one eligible order. Any remaining amount can be paid by credit card.
Yes. Unused balances remain available for future purchases. Check the balance through the link in the Gift Card email.
No. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
Discounts & Promotions
Discount codes cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards but may apply to eligible products when redeeming them.
Gift Card amounts do not count toward promotional gift thresholds. For mixed orders, only the eligible merchandise subtotal will count.
Lost Cards & Security
Lost and unused Gift Cards may be frozen and reissued with proof of purchase.
Haloral may cancel or refuse Gift Cards obtained fraudulently, issued in error, used unlawfully or used in violation of these terms.
