Please note: Orders more than 90 days after receiving the product will automatically fall under our 1-year product warranty policy and are no longer eligible for refunds or replacements.

-Easy Returns:
To start a return, please contact our customer support team within 90 days of receiving your product to receive return instructions and authorization. We’ll guide you through the process.
All returned items must include the original packaging, accessories, and any complimentary gifts or promotional items, and must be free from damage or obvious signs of use. Any used gifts or promotional items will be deducted from your refund at their original retail value.
Once your return is received and verified, your refund or replacement will be processed promptly. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Note for International Orders: Return shipping costs, customs duties, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are handled through our overseas warehouses. Depending on the product and your location, returns may be directed to either a U.S. or international facility.
Our support team will always provide the correct return address and step-by-step instructions once your return request is approved.
-Non-Quality Issues
If you simply change your mind or no longer want the product within 90 days of receiving it, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued minus shipping, applicable tariffs, and a restocking fee based on product condition:
-Unopened products: 10% restocking fee
-Opened products: 20% restocking fee

For hygiene and safety reasons, Haloral does not offer free returns or exchanges for non-quality related issues. The restocking fee helps us maintain product integrity, manage inventory, support sustainability efforts, and prevent misuse. Quality Issues:
If a product develops a quality issue within 90 days of receiving it, we can offer a refund, free exchange, or repair depending on the situation.
To qualify, customers must provide a clear video demonstrating the issue. Once verified by our customer service team, the defective product should be returned for inspection. After confirmation, you may apply for a refund, repair, or exchange.
Note: If video proof cannot be provided, the return or refund cannot be processed. However, we encourage customers to contact our support team if they encounter issues without video proof, so we can explore possible solutions.
