We recommend using the EMS Toning Shorts 1–2 times per day, with each session lasting 20 minutes. Beginners should start at the lowest intensity level and gradually increase it based on comfort. Allow your muscles time to rest and reduce the frequency if you experience soreness or discomfort.
No. You may feel tingling, pulsing or rhythmic muscle contractions during use, but the sensation should remain comfortable. Reduce the intensity or stop the session if you experience pain, burning, numbness or unusual discomfort.
The shorts are designed for wearable, hands-free EMS sessions. However, begin by using them while standing, sitting or resting so you can become familiar with the stimulation. Avoid intense exercise or activities requiring precise balance until you understand how your muscles respond to the device.
