Warranty Coverage:

Haloral products are covered for one year from the date of delivery against defects in materials or manufacturing under normal use. If a defect arises during this period, we will provide free repair services. This warranty applies to any functional issues or manufacturing-related defects.

 

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage Due to Misuse: Including, but not limited to, dropping, crushing, exposure to extreme environments or liquids, or improper use of the product.

• Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, or cosmetic changes caused by regular use.

• Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repairs or alterations made by unauthorized third parties.

• Force Majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters or other events beyond our control.

 

How to Request Warranty Service:

Our customer support team usually responds to warranty requests within 1–2 business days.

To initiate a free warranty repair, please contact our customer support team at support@haloral.com within one year of receiving your product. Include the following information:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Video of the product (if applicable) – this helps us quickly assess the issue and provide guidance

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and guide you step by step through the repair process. If your product qualifies for warranty service, we will arrange free repair. You will receive detailed instructions on how to send your product to us safely. After repair, your product will be shipped back to you at no cost.

 

Shipping Costs:

Haloral covers all shipping costs for warranty repairs. Customers are responsible for safely packaging the product to prevent further damage during shipping.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers should ensure the product is properly packaged for shipping and include all accessories to help facilitate a smooth repair process.

 

Warranty Period After Repair:

If your product is repaired under warranty, the repaired product remains covered under the original one-year warranty period counted from the date you received the product. The warranty period will not be extended due to the repair.

• Please keep your proof of purchase, as it is required for warranty service.
