Warranty Coverage:
Haloral products are backed by a one-year warranty against defects in materials or manufacturing under normal use, starting from the date of purchase. If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, we will offer a free repair or replacement. This warranty covers any functional issues or manufacturing-related defects.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage Due to Misuse: This includes, but is not limited to, damage from drops, impacts, exposure to extreme conditions or liquids, or improper use of the product.
  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or other cosmetic imperfections from regular use.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repairs or alterations made by unauthorized third parties.
  • Force Majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, fires, or other events beyond our control.

How to Request Warranty Service:
Contact Customer Service: If you experience any issues with your product, please reach out to Haloral’s customer service team. Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem. Our team will assess the situation and guide you through the next steps.

Return and Replacement Process:
If your product is eligible for warranty service, we will arrange a free repair or replacement. If a return is necessary, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Once the product is repaired, it will be shipped back to you, or we will send you a brand-new one instead.

Shipping Costs:
For warranty-covered repairs or replacements, Haloral will cover the shipping costs both ways. However, if the product is not covered under the warranty, customers will be responsible for all shipping expenses.

Product Replacement During Warranty Period:
If a product is replaced within the warranty period, the new product will remain under the original warranty period based on the original purchase date. The warranty period will not be extended due to the replacement.

Customer Responsibility:
During the warranty process, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is properly packaged to prevent further damage during shipping.
