How long does delivery take? (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)
North America: 7-12 business days.
South America: 7-15 business days.
Europe: 7-15 business days.
Oceania: 6-10 business days.
Asia: 6-8 business days.
How will my delivery be shipped?
Depending on the region, we will choose different delivery methods, mainly by local postal/express delivery. The specific possible methods are DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number should be active within 72 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 5 business days, please contact our Customer Service team.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.
Notes:
- If the customer cancels an order more than one hour after placing it, they will be responsible for any applicable return shipping fees.
- If the customer provides an incorrect address, resulting in the package being lost or unrecoverable, the customer will bear the loss. Haloral will not replace the order or issue a refund.
Damages:
Haloral will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is not working due to damage during shipping, please contact our customer service team at support@haloral.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Lost or Stolen Orders:
Haloral accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier.
Duties and Taxes:
Local taxes and import duties may apply in certain countries and are not incorporated in the indicated amounts above. The responsibility for all such taxes and duties lies with the buyer or recipient of the shipment. Given our products are sold worldwide, we cannot ensure compliance with the import regulations of every country. If uncertain, please verify with your country's customs office before placing an order.
