Shipping Methods:
We ship via reliable global carriers including DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination and availability.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
Tracking numbers typically activate within 72 hours.

Multiple Items in One Order:
Items may ship separately depending on stock and warehouse location.
You will receive individual shipment notifications for each package.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
• Orders canceled after payment but before shipping will incur a 5% payment gateway fee charged by the payment provider.
• Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Address Changes:
We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been shipped.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided is accurate and complete. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or if the courier is unable to complete delivery due to refusal or failed delivery attempts, the resulting consequences fall under the customer’s responsibility.
In such cases:
-If the package is lost or unrecoverable, Haloral cannot issue a refund or replacement.
-If the package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
-If the customer prefers a refund for a returned package, it will be issued minus the original shipping fee and a 10% handling fee.
Lost or Stolen Orders:
Haloral is not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the courier. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors and contact the courier to file a delivery claim.
Claims will be reviewed based on Proof of Delivery (POD):
• If POD (photo, GPS, or signature) is provided, the order is considered delivered and is not eligible for refund or replacement.
• If no POD is available, contact us for further assistance.
Duties & Taxes:
Local import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure about the potential fees, please consult your local customs office before placing an order. Haloral does not cover or reimburse any import duties, taxes, or related charges.
Price Match Guarantee:
• Price adjustment requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• If eligible, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for price adjustments.
